We are a leading resource for all your industrial liquid painting needs. Our 60,000 sq. ft. shop is designed with flexibility in mind. We can handle large custom projects (i.e. the Walker Art Center Spoonbridge and Cherry sculpture) to production work or one off pieces.
Our large paint line is ideal for large jobs. Our paint booth is 20' wide x 20' height x 60' long. Our large paint line can handle pieces 150' long and up to 80,000 pounds.
Our medium paint booth is ideal for complex object 40' in length or less. Our medium paint booth is 16' wide x 40' long x 20' high. In this booth we have 35,000 pounds of lifting capability.
Our medium paint line is ideal for medium size to small size jobs. Our paint line can handle pieces up to 4' x 6' x 16' and a weight of 3200 pounds. Our 400' overhead conveyor line moves parts through the paint booth and into our oven that is a hybrid combination of convection and infrared heat sources that provide maximum flexibility.
