We specialize in large structural steel and have painted a single weldment as large as 150 feet long and weighing as much as 80,000 pounds. We can blast and paint the interior of pipe, tanks and hoppers. We also do smaller items on our conveyor line, which is equipped with an oven to force cure liquid paint systems.
The small line will handle parts up to 3200 pounds, 16 feet long, 6 feet high and 4 feet wide. We have recently added another blast station and another paint booth to accommodate smaller quantity projects. We can blast using G-50 steel grit, G-80 steel grit, all grades of glassbead and many other alternate media such as walnut shell, Starblast, garnet and aluminum oxide.

Our new 21,000 SF addition brings our total facility size to 60,000 SF. We have added a new 8' wide plate and 36" flange Pangborn Automatic Blast Machine as well as an additional paint booth and a glass bead booth.
The installation of 4 additional bridge cranes brings the total number of cranes to 7 (4 at 10-ton, 3 at 5-ton).
We have a state-of-the-art 60,000-square-foot facility located in Hugo, Minnesota. Our shop has 4 paint booths and 3 blast booths to keep our turnaround time as short as possible. We apply wet-coatings systems using airless and conventional spray equipment.
